Paige E. (Novak) Kampwerth

Paige E. Kampwerth, age 32 of Carlyle, passed away peacefully  at her home on Monday, February 26, 2024.

Paige was born in Decatur, Illinois on September 1, 1991, a daughter of Lorie Novak (nee Gulledge) and Eric Novak. She married Kyle Kampwerth in Beckemeyer on October 2, 2021.  Paige built a beautiful life with her husband Kyle and their son, Beckham.  Her family was her pride and joy.  Paige will also be deeply missed by her mother, Lorie Novak (Mark Copple); her father, Eric Novak; her brother, Jeremy Daniels; her sister, Lyric Novak; her grandparents, Sue Perryman (Steve), and Jesse Novak; her aunts, Sherie Holeman, Kathy Kellogg, and Cindy Warner; her uncles, Bob Gulledge, Bill Gulledge, Steve Novak; her nieces, Maizlyn Hiltabidal and Emmy Kampwerth; her nephews, Tristan Daniels, Hudson Kampwerth, and Kase Kampwerth; her mother- and father-in-law, Gary and Charlene Kampwerth, her brother-in-law, Jake Kampwerth (Andrea); her grandmother-in-law, Norma Kampwerth; and many cousins.  

Paige’s greatest joy was being a wife and mother, cherishing every moment of their 14-month journey together as a family.  She loved shopping excursions with her mother, riding horses, and was always looking forward to their next beach vacation.  Paige enjoyed working at Mainstreet Bar and Grill in Beckemeyer, always greeting her customers with a warm smile and a cold drink.  She also worked at Shelter Logic in Breese.  Paige’s vibrant spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  

A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Zieren Funeral Home, 1111 Clinton Street, Carlyle, IL.  Fr. George Mauck will officiate the funeral service, and the committal at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Carlyle.  Visitation will be held at Zieren Funeral Home on Friday, March 1, 2024, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, and on Saturday morning from 8:30 - 10:00 A.M. 

Expressions of sympathy in memory of Paige are suggested to her son, Beckham, or to the Beckemeyer Fire Department.  Donations to her son, Beckham may be made payable to Kyle Kampwerth.  Donations will be received through Zieren Funeral Home.
