Albert Barber

Albert Barber of Breese, IL, formerly of Willingboro, NJ, passed away peacefully on Oct. 4 at the age of 92.

Albert was born in Ligonier, PA, to the late Michael and Mary Barber. Albert retired from the U.S. Air Force after proudly serving for 20 years. He was a member and former commander of VFW Post 4914 in Willingboro and VFW Post 3020 in Delran, as well as a member of the American Legion.

Albert will be remembered as a hardworking and loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Albert was preceded in death by his wife, Annaliese (née Schlesier), and his grandson, Karl Barber. He is survived by his children, Jeffery Barber and Selina (Frank) Kennedy; his grandchildren, Veronica Barber, Kaylee (Chad) Hilmes, and Kiera Kennedy; and his great-grandchildren, Lucas, Bentley, Gracie, Khloe, Corbin, Kolbie, and Crue.

Interment at B.G. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in New Jersey will be held privately.
