Janet Johnston Rabus

Janet Johnston Rabus, age 89 of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away at Lewis and Clark Gardens in St. Charles on Saturday, July 1, 2017.

Mrs. Rabus was born on July 18, 1927, in Carlyle, Illinois, a daughter of Maurice and Ruth (Burnside) Johnston. She married Robert Rabus in Carlyle on September 2, 1948, and he preceded her in death on February 23, 2012.

Janet is survived by her children - Jennifer Pinkert and husband Daniel of St. Peters, Missouri, Roger Rabus and wife Susan of High Ridge, Missouri, and Mark Rabus of St. Charles, Missouri; and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Rabus worked as a social worker for the State of Missouri for many years.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 7, 2017, at St. Mary's Cemetery in Carlyle, Illinois. Friends and family are asked to gather at the cemetery. Previous EventsGraveside Service
