Jaqueline Davidson

Jacqueline “Jackie” Davidson, age 77 of Centralia, passed away at her home on Monday, March 3, 2025.

Jackie was born in Breese, Illinois on May 22, 1947, a daughter of the late John C. and Thelma M. (Hintz) Davidson. She was a charter member of the Central City Lioness, a group that she was proud to belong to and she remained very active in. She loved to visit new places and travel, and she also enjoyed going on cruises. Jackie worked as a hairdresser and was the former owner of Jackie’s Sette and Curl in Centralia.

Jackie is survived by her sisters – Donna Young and Bette Ainsworth; her nieces and nephews – Tiffany Ott, Brian Young (Shelly), and Brady Young (Debbie); and her great nieces and great nephews – Savannah Ott, Amaré Ott, Jake Young, and Luke Young.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Sprehe Field in Centralia on May 25, 2025, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers or other gifts, the family suggests memorial contributions in her memory to SSM Hospice or to Central City Lioness Scholarship.
