Jenera Buettikoffer Obituary (1992

Jenera L. Buettikoffer, age 15 of Keyesport, died from injuries received in an automobile accident on Saturday, October 13, 2007, in Clinton County. Jenera was born on October 10, 1992, in Breese, Illinois, a daughter of John and Lisa (Lindsey) Buettikoffer. Jenera is survived by her mother Lisa Buettikoffer of Carlyle; her father John Buettikoffer and wife Pam of Keyesport; her paternal grandmother Alberta Buettikoffer of Keyesport ; 3 brothers Justin Beal of Carlyle, Cameron Buettikoffer of Keyesport and McKenzie Buettikoffer of Carlyle and many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather. Her brother Wm. Brentley Beal, was also killed in the accident. Jenera was a freshman at Carlyle High School and worked at Crossroads Restaurant in Keyesport. She enjoyed singing and loved animals and riding horses. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at St. Mary's Church in Carlyle with Fr. George Mauck and Rev. Tom Hoffmann, officiating. Interment will follow at Duncan Cemetery near Keyesport. Friends and family are invited to attend visiting hours at Zieren Day Funeral Home in Carlyle on Monday from 4:00 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 8:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. Memorial donations in memory of Jenera may be made to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
