Michel J. Finley, age 73 of Highland, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital in O'Fallon on Monday, September 17, 2018. Funeral services for Mr. Finley will be held at Zieren Funeral Home in Carlyle, with burial to follow at McKendree Chapel Cemetery in Keyesport.
